Our Recap as an Exhibitor

Anewtech Systems exhibited at SME Digitalisation Day 2026, which drew many SME owners and industry leaders to ITE College Central last Friday.

Throughout the day, we demonstrated our AI agent for the retail, training, and events industries, built to automate repetitive tasks in these sectors.

Ms Jasmin Lau, Acting Minister for Manpower and Senior Minister of State for Digital Development and Information, officiated the event as Guest-of-Honour. In her remarks, she reiterated the Government’s focus on helping SMEs adopt AI early, and highlighted the role of partners like ITE and trade associations in delivering that support.

The event marked the official launch of the Group-Based Upgrading (GBU) programme, a joint initiative by the Association of Small and Medium Enterprises (ASME) and ITE, supported by the Skills and Workforce Development Agency (SWDA).

One of our team members at Anewtech Systems, Ronald Foo, spoke at the event about his Work-Study Diploma (WSDip) journey and Aitom AI agents. He shared how the programme, together with support from his mentor at Anewtech, helped him build his skills and grow in his career.
