e2i Partners Event: Anewtech Showcases AI for Front-Line Service & Training

Anewtech was honoured to be part of e2i’s Partners Appreciation & Networking Event today. Our CEO, Terence Teo, took the stage to present our Aitom AI agents, showcasing innovative front-line service and trainer agents tailored for the retail and hospitality industry.

At our booth, we demonstrated the capabilities of our front-line service agent, including product recommendations, price checks, and seamless purchasing. We also showcased our AI trainer, which can generate and deliver voice-narrated lessons, as well as answer learners’ questions, all by simply uploading PowerPoint and PDF files. In addition, our AI trainer enables learners to reinforce learning through self-assessments and auto-generated quiz questions.

The event concluded with a wonderful networking lunch, offering a great opportunity for guests and exhibitors to connect, exchange insights, and explore potential collaborations.
